"My daughter was helping me fill out the questionaire for the Web site and that's how she'd describe the shop," Paul Sobreiro, longtime owner of XBody Art Emporium said recently. "I thought it fit."

It did fit and in more ways than one.

Sure, the shop is a cool place to hang out, the people who work there are cooler than any of your friends and the work you walk away with is the coolest around, but beyond that, anyone who knows Paul knows two things: He loves his family and he loves what he does.

"I've been married for over seven years to a very supportive wife, have three beautiful kids: Paige, Grace and Jack (Joaquim) and I love what I do," he said.

The service, professionalism and attitude Paul serves up at the shop has earned him a solid reputation and helps set his already amazing art work apart from other artists in the area. It's also earned him quite a few loyal customers and even a few good friends.

Sobreiro, who has a BFA in sculpture, a degree in make-up and special effects and a cosmetic tattooing certificate, specializes in SciFi tattoos, comic book heroes, flowers and bugs, but likes working with just about anything.

So is there anything he's sick of tattooing? "Stars and swirls. (The Web designer has about 4,000 stars and swirls Paul did on one *ahem* still unfinshed *ahem* arm.) No, just kidding. I'll do it all."
